دور الأسواق المالية في تفعيل التمويل بالمشاركة في المصارف الإسلامية The Role Of Financial Markets In Activating Finance Participation Islamic Banks

Résumé: يمثل الاستثمار قصير الأجل السمة الغالبة لاستثمارات المصارف الإسلامية؛ فنظراً لكون مدخلات المصارف الإسلامية سواء كانت حسابات جارية أو استثمارية تعامل في الغالب معاملة الحسابات الجارية في حق السحب، فقد وجدت هذه المصارف نفسها في أزمة. فبينما كانت مدخلاتها قصيرة الأجل، كانت أهدافها الاستثمارية طويلة الأجل؛ فتحولت من الأسلوب الاستثماري طويل الأجل إلى الأسلوب التجاري قصير الأجل بحثاً عن السيولة والربحية. تتناول هذه الورقة الدور الذي تلعبه الأسواق المالية في تفعيل التمويل بالمشاركة في المصارف الإسلامية من خلال الأدوات والأوراق المالية القابلة للاستثمار لمدة طويلة Short-term investment is the dominant feature of Islamic banks. Given that the Islamic bank’s inputs, whether current or investment accounts, mostly deal with the treatment of current accounts in the right of withdrawals, these banks found themselves in a crisis, while their short-term inputs were their long-term investment goals. It shifted from the long-term investment method to the short-term commercial method in search of liquidity and profitability. This paper examines the role that financial markets play in activating financing with participation in Islamic banks through instruments and securities can be invested in a long-term.
