Résumé: . Abstract : The present study aims To detect the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioural counselling program to improve the learning habits of the fourth year students. The following hypothesis was: -There are statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the members of the control group on the scale of the study habits in the postsecondary measurement. -There are statistically significant differences betweenpre-measurement and the post-secondary measurement in study habits of the experimental group. -There are no statistically significant differences between pre-measurement and the post-secondary measurement in study habits of the control group. -There are statistically significant differences between males and females on the scale of study habits in the post-measurement of the experimental group . The sample of the study consisted of (02) students. The study was based on the measurement of the study habits of Iman Abbas Al-Khafaf and the guidance program prepared by the researcher. and we used non-parametric methods Wilcoxen and Mann Whitney . The study found the following results: Confirmation of the first, second and third hypotheses and the rejection of the fourth hypothesis. These results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed behavioural cognitive program to improve the learning habits of fourth-year students.
