Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية في إبراز الدور التي تلعبه مؤسسات رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، وما مدى مساهمتها في تطويرها وترقيتها وجعلها تتمتع بقدرة تنافسية في السوق الوطني، ومعرفة أهم المراحل التي تمر بها العملية التمويلية، والتطرق لواقع ومكانة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الإقتصاد الجزائري، وتم في دراستنا الإعتماد على الجانب الميداني من خلال توضيح دور مؤسسة المالية الجزائرية الأوروبية في تمويلها للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وفي الأخير الخروج بنتائج وتوصيات. This research paper aims to highlight the role that risk capital institutions play in financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria, and the extent of their contribution to developing and upgrading them and making them enjoy a competitive ability in the national market, and to know the most important stages through the financing process, and to address the reality and status of small and medium enterprises In the Algerian economy, our study relied on the field side by clarifying the role of the Algerian European Finance Corporation in its financing of small and medium projects, and in the end, it came out with conclusions and recommendations .
