إجراءات المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي وفقا لأحكام القانون 18-07

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة لمحاولة تسليط الضوء على أهم ما حمله القانون 18-07 لا سيما ماتعلق بآليات حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي حيث أحاط المشرع الجزائري القيام بعمليات معالجتها آليا بجملة من الإجراءات القانونية منها السابقة ومنها اللاحقة لعمليات المعالجة مع اشتراط موافقة السلطة الوطنية لحماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي. الكلمات المفتاحية:المعالجة الآلية-معطيات ذات طابع شخصي-السلطة الوطنية. The study seeks to try to shed light on the most important elements of Law 18-18, especially with regard to mechanisms for protecting data of a personal nature, as the Algerian legislator took note of the process of processing it automatically with a number of legal measures, including previous ones and subsequent to processing operations, with the requirement of the approval of the National Authority to protect data of a nature Profile.
