ادارة المعرفة كمورد في عملية تنمية الموارد البشرية -دراسة حالة شركة موبيليس للاتصالات- Knowledge Management As A Resource In The Process Of Human Resource Development - Mobilis Telecom Case Study-

Résumé: تمثل إدارة المعرفة إحدى التطورات الفكرية المعاصرة في فلسفة الإدارة الحديثة إذ هي ممارسة فاعلة من ممارساتها الأكثر تلاؤما مع التغيرات المتسارعة في عالم الأعمال ,حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تنمية الموارد البشرية و تسعى إلى إبراز عمليات إدارة المعرفة و بشكل أكثر تحديدا من خلال ربط العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة و تنمية الموارد البشرية . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة موبيليس المتجسدة في إدارتها العليا تدعم عمليات تنمية و تطوير الموارد البشرية وتسطر لذلك برامج تدعم المعرفة , حيث تطور المنظمة بالحصول على معرفة جديدة و بالالتزام بتقديم توليفة تجمع بين أهداف المؤسسة و أهداف الكفاءات البشرية التي تؤثر على أهداف باقي الموظفين Knowledge management is one of the contemporary intellectual developments in the Recent management philosophy, as is the practice of the actors from the most compatible with the practices of accelerating changes in the business world, where this study is designed to identify the role of the management of knowledge in human resources development and seeks to highlight the knowledge management operations and more to try to link the relationship between knowledge management and human resources development, the study found that the institution of the mobilis embodied in top management supports the development and development of human resources and hit so programs that support the development of knowledge, where the organization access to new knowledge and provide a synthesis between the institution's objectives and goals of the human competencies that affect the objectives of the rest of the Staff
