اساليب التدريس الحديثة

Résumé: ملخص : تعتبر أساليب التدريس ( الأسلوب الأمري ، التطبيق التدريبي ، التطبيق المتبادل وأسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات ) جميعها أساليب مباشرة ، يتم فيها التركيز على آليات التنفيذ والتذكر الحركي ، وعدم التركيز على الخصائص الفردية للتلميذ ، فالمدرس هو صانع القرار فيما يتعلق بأغلب جوانب عملية التعليم ، وهذه الأساليب لا تراعي الفروق الفردية على اعتبار أن المدرس هو المسؤول عن تحديد مستوى العمل الذي يقوم به التلميذ . وبالنسبة لأساليب التدريس ( الاكتشاف الموجه ، أسلوب حل المشكلات ) تعتبر أساليب غير مباشرة ، تكسب التلميذ خبرة حركية ، عقلية ومعرفية. بحيث تتطور عمليات الحفظ والاسترجاع إلى مستويات المقارنة والتحليل والابتكار ويحدث ذلك عندما يصبح المتعلم مشاركا في اتخاذ قرار التعلم كنتيجة مباشرة لأهداف المدرس والموقف التربوي الذي يركز على الاستثارة الفكرية للمتعلم ودفعه للتفكير والبحث عن الحل والاستكشاف. الكلمات المفتاح : التدريس ؛ أساليب التدريس الحديثة. Abstract : The teaching methods (the American style, the training application, the mutual application and the method of multi-level self-application) are all direct methods, in which the emphasis is placed on the mechanisms of implementation and dynamic memory, and the lack of emphasis on the individual characteristics of the student. The teacher is the decision maker for most aspects of the education process. Methods do not take into account individual differences as the teacher is responsible for determiningthe level of work done by the student. For teaching methods (guided discovery, problem solving) are indirect techniques, students gain dynamic, mental and cognitive experience. So that conservation and recovery processes develop to the levels of comparison, analysis and innovation. This occurs when the learner becomes involved in making the decision to learn as a direct result of the teacher's goals and the educational position that focuses on the intellectual arousal of the learner and motivated him to think and seek solution and exploration.
