Knowledge Management Processes And Their Relationship With Organizational Intelligence : United Technology Electric Company )utec( Case Study

Résumé: This study aims to test the correlation between knowledge management processes and organizational intelligence at UTEC tires. The researcher used a case study methodology, and to achieve the study's objectives, data was collected through a questionnaire developed based on a set of previous studies, which was distributed electronically to all tires. A total of 34 questionnaires were returned. The study found a statistically significant positive correlation between the knowledge management processes variable, with its various dimensions (knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation and acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination and distribution, knowledge application), and the organizational intelligence variable. The study also presented a set of recommendations.
