Résumé: اجتهدت نظريات ما بعد الحداثة في حقل علم الاجتماع السياسي بتقديم تفسيرات بديلة للحركات الاجتماعية خاصة تلك التي أصبحت تأخذ شكل ثورة شعبية تقود إلى إسقاط النظم السياسية كما حدث في ليبيا كحالة متفردة من تجارب انتفاضات ما سميّ "الربيع العربي"؛ فالحالة الليبية تعطي نموذجا معقدا يصعب فيه معرفة مستقبل إعادة بناء الدولة فيها كعملية منتظرة تعقب مرحلة الثورة بشكل أفقي، أما العلاقة العمودية بين المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية (الدولية) فتوضح جانبا مهما من عملية التحليل لمسارات الهندسة الدستورية والتسوية السياسية خاصة في ظل عودة الاستقطاب الدولي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة هذه العلاقة بين تلك المتغيرات من خلال قراء تاريخية واعتماد أنساق علمية كلية. Postmodern political sociology theories strive to provide alternative explanations for social movements, as happened in Libya. It means a complex model in which of rebuilding the state, which follows the stage of the revolution in a horizontal sequence. The relationship between internal and international variables that take different vertical directions must be taken into account, because they illustrate an important aspect of the analysis process for constitutional engineering and political settlement. This study attempts to find out the nature of this relationship between those variables by adopting the overall scientific methods.
