Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من وراء هذه المقالة إلى التعرف على مختلف المتطلبات والمقومات التي تسهم بشكل مباشر في نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP، ويعتبر هذا الأخير من أحدث استخدامات المؤسسة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، يعمل على تسيير المعلومات ويسهل تدفقها بين مختلف عمليات المؤسسة عبر قاعدة بيانات موحدة ومتكاملة وشاملة لكل أجزاء المؤسسة. يحقق العديد من الفوائد النظامية والتجارية للمؤسسة، وهذا ما يبرر الإقبال المتزايد للمؤسسات لتطبيق هذا النظام، غير أن عملية تنصيبه تعترضه جملة من المخاطر والعقبات التي قد تؤدي بالفشل الكلي أو الجزئي لسير نظام ERP. وفي دراستنا لأسباب ذلك، توصلنا إلى أن التوافق بين نظام ERP وعمليات المؤسسة ودعم موردي النظام ودعم الإدارة العليا والاتصال وإدارة التطبيق وإعادة هندسة العمليات وإدارة التغيير وأخيرا التدريب هي متطلبات النجاح الأساسية لتطبيقات نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP. Abstract: The aim of this articale is identify the various requirements and factors that contribute directly to the success of the enterprise resource planning system ERP. This latter is one of the latest uses of the information technology organization who Achieves many of the systemic and commercial benefits of the institution. This is justified by the increasing demand for institutions to implement this system, but the installation process is subject to a many risks and obstacles that may lead to the failure of the total or partial functioning of the ERP system. In our study, we found that ERP system compatibility, enterprise operations, system support, senior management support, communication, application management, process reengineering, change management, and training are the key success requirements for Enterprise Resource Planning ERP applications.
