تقييم أداء العاملين ودور في تحديد الإحتياجات التدربية دراسة ميدانية بشركة سوميفوس –بئرالعاتر (ولاية تبسة)

Résumé: شهدت المؤسسات الجزائرية الإقتصادية تطورا شمل كافة بناءاتها وأنظمتها، وذلك من خلال ما يؤطر هيكلها التنظيمي ويضبط مواردها في ظل تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، وهذه الأخيرة التي يتم تحقيقها من خلال عدة برامج معتمدة من طرف المنظمة، انطلاقا من المورد البشري الذي يعتبر المحرك أو العامل الأساسي لمختلف هذه المؤسسات، وذلك من خلال عدة إجراءات تنظيمية تهدف إلى تنظيم وتسيير هذه الموارد كتقييم الأداء والتدريب، وغير ذلك ما يمكنه أن يؤهل اليد العاملة، ولهذا إرتأينا للتطرق إلى هذا الموضوع تحت عنوان " تقييم أداء العاملين و دوره في تحديد الإحتياجات التدريبية دراسة ميدانية بشركة سوميفوس-بئرالعاتر"، بحيث تعتمد دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي من أجل متابعة وقائع الموضوع بكل تفاصيله، وذلك من خلال أداة المقابلة للتأكد من موضوعية ودقة البيانات المتحصل عليها، وهذا انطلاقا من العينة العشوائية والتي تتمثل في اختيار عشوائي لمجموعة من العاملين بالشركة، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم التطرق الى مدى أهمية التقييم وعلاقته بالإحيتاجات التدريبية للعاملين بشركة سوميفوس-بئرالعاتر. The Algerian economic institutions have witnessed a development that includes all their structures and systems, this is through what frames its organizational structure and controls its resources in order to achieving the desired goals, this latter, which is achieved through several programs approved by the organization, Starting from the human resource, which is the main driver or factor for these institutions, this is done through several organizational procedures in order to organizing and managing these resources, such as performance evaluation and training, and other things that can qualify workers, which is why we decided to address this topic under the title, evaluating the performance of employees and its role in determining training needs, a field study in Somifos company Bir El Ater, so that our study depends on the descriptive approach in order to follow the facts of the topic and all its details , this is done through the interview tool to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the data obtained, and this is based on the random sample, which is represented by a random selection of a group of company employees, and through this study, the importance of the evaluation will be addressed and its relation to the training needs of the employees of the Somiphos company Bir el ater.
