شركات رأس المال المخاطر كآلية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: نظرا للصعوبات التي يعاني منها أصحاب المشاريع والمتعلقة بتوفير التمويل في مرحلة التكوين والنمو المبكر والذي يتطلب توفير مصادر تمويلية غير الدين والأموال الخاصة، ظهرت تقنية رأس المال المخاطر كمصدر تمويلي هام تسعى إليه العديد من المؤسسات التي تتوفر على آفاق كبيرة للنمو والتطور لكن تعاني من نقص الموارد المالية، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على شركات رأس المال المخاطر كآلية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدم توفر شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر على المناخ الملائم الذي يسمح لها بممارسة نشاطها في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة. كلمات مفتاحية: المؤسسات الناشئة، تمويل، شركات رأس المال المخاطر، الجزائر. تصنيفات JEL :M13، G21. Abstract: Due to the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs which is related to providing financing at the stage of formation and early growth, which requires the provision of financing sources other than debt and private funds, the venture capital technology has emerged as an important source of financing sought by many institutions that have great prospects for growth and development but suffer from a lack of resources financial ,Therefore, this study came to shed light on venture capital companies as a mechanism to support Start-ups in Algeria. the study concluded that venture capital companies in Algeria do not have the appropriate climate that would allow them to practice their activity in supporting start-ups.
