The Reality Of The Application Of Modern Human Resource Management Practices And Its Relation To The Quality Of Working Life In Algerian Institutions Study In Electricity And Renewable Energy Company - Touggourt- Algeria

Résumé: The study aimed to know the reality of modern human resource management practices and their relation to the quality of work life from the point of view of the employees of the Algerian institutions, where the field study was in the company of electricity and renewable energies, the regional directorate , where the researcher used the descriptive approach and the sample was 81 workers selected Randomly from among the workers of the regional, The study found a rise in the level of application of modern human resource management practices (95%), an increase in the quality of working life (81%) from the point of view of workers in Algerian institutions, There is also a positive correlation between the application of modern human resources management practices and the quality of work life (R = 0.318) significant at the 0.05 level and the effect coefficient (59%), And the results showed the statistical significance of positive relationship of four dimensions of the practices (communication, job design, training, performance evaluation) There is no significant correlation between three other dimensions (selection, appointment, promotion, returns and incentives, health and safety) withe the quality of work life from the point of view of the employees of Algerian institutions
