القواعد التنظيمية المؤسسة لحماية التراث المخطوط ضمن القانون 98-04

Résumé: التراث هو حلقة وصل بين الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل واليوم، لا يمكن أن نعيش من دون تاريخ، والمحافظة عليه بات أمرا ضروريا، لأن الحفاظ عليها يعني الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية والتراث. ويمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال عدد من الأطر القانونية الموجهة نحو حماية التراث المخطوط وبموجب القانون رقم 98-04 ، اعتمدت السلطة التشريعية الجزائرية عددا من اللوائح القانونية والتدابير الإجرائية، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء أطر مؤسسية لرصد جميع المسائل المتصلة بها من جانب السلطات القانونية المختصة، مصحوبة بالحماية الجنائية للمخطوطة من أي سلوك غير أخلاقي يؤثر على تراث الدولة الجزائرية Heritage is a link between the past, the present, the future and today. This can be accomplished through a number of legal frameworks geared towards protecting planned heritage Under Act No. 98-04, the Algerian legislature has adopted a number of legal regulations and procedural measures, in addition to establishing institutional frameworks for monitoring all related matters by the competent legal authorities, accompanied by the criminal protection of the manuscript against any unethical behavior affecting the heritage of the Algerian State
