Résumé: The Forth Edition of the international biology seminar (SIB4) it deals with three topics: Host-pathogen interactions and infectious disease controls ; Innovations in cancer detection and therapy ; Biotechnology and development of date palm. it aims to take stock of technological innovations and the advancement of research in the field of infectious diseases, oncology and biotechnology and will be a platform for discussion to all scientists, manufacturers and local communities involved in this field. This scientific meeting will allow participants to:  Offer young researchers and doctoral students the opportunity to broaden their horizons and the opportunity to present their research results.  Bring together academics, researchers and industrialists specializing and interested in biology as a driving force for pharmaceutical research.  Strengthening of fruitful cooperation between medical researchers and biological researchers. It will also serve as a framework for consultation and debate between the various participants and institutions.
