طرائق تدريس مادة التربية الإسلامية المطبقة في التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر المعلمين - دراسة ميدانية لمعلمي مدارس مدينة الوادي

Résumé: إن نجاح العملية التربوية يتوقف على التقويم الدائم والتغذية الراجعة التي تنطلق من تشخيص الواقع والوقوف على الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تحول دون تحقيق الأهداف التربوية وجانب مهم من هذه العملية هو معرفة وممارسة طرائق التدريس بإتقان فكانت هذه الدراسة حول تطبيق هذه الطرائق والعوامل المؤثرة في اختيارها في مادة التربية الإسلامية في التعليم الابتدائي من خلال توزيع استبيان لعينة قدرت بـ 75 معلم من مدينة الوادي – الجزائر حيث استخلصنا النتائج التالية: الطرائق الأكثر استعمالا من طرف المعلمين في تدريس مادة التربية الإسلامية هي طريقة الحوار والمناقشة وطريقة الاستظهار والتكرار وطريقة العروض العملية. وأنه لا يوجد فروق في استخدام الطرائق في ظل جنس المعلم و خبرة المعلم وفي ظل متغير أطوار التعليم إلا أن معلمين الطور الأول أقل تنويعا في استخدام الطرائق من الطور الثاني. لكن يوجد فروق في تنويع استخدام الطرائق في ظل متغير شهادة المعلم لصالح أصحاب شهادة التعليم. وأهم العوامل التي تؤثر في اختيار طرائق التدريس هما عامل قدرات وإمكانيات واستعدادات ومستويات التلاميذ ثم عامل طبيعة وخصوصية مادة التربية الإسلامية. وأفضل الطرائق من وجهة نظر المعلمين هي طريقة الحوار والمناقشة ثم طريقة حل المشكلات ثم طريقة الاكتشاف.The success of the educational process depends on permanent evaluation and feedback that stems from diagnosing reality and standing on the difficulties and obstacles that prevent the achievement of educational goals. Islamic education in primary education by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 75 teachers from the city of El-Wadi - Algeria, where we extracted the following results: And that there are no differences in the use of methods in light of the gender of the teacher and the experience of the teacher and in light of the variable phases of education, but the teachers of the first phase less diversified in the use of methods than the second phase. However, there are differences in the diversification of the use of methods in light of the teacher's certificate variable in favor of those with a teaching certificate. The most important factors affecting the selection of teaching methods are the factor of abilities, possibilities, preparations and levels of students, then the factor of the nature and specificity of Islamic education subject. The best methods from the point of view of teachers are the method of dialogue and discussion, then the method of problem-solving, and then the method of discovery.
