Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين تجربة العلامة ونشر الكلمة المنقولة والتزام الزبون بالعلامة، ولهذا الغرض تم توزيع استبيان الكتروني على مجموعة من الافراد حيث بلغ حجم عينة البحث 150 زبون لبعض العلامات، وتم تحليل معطيات الدراسة باستخدام اسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية عن طريق برنامج PLS SMART وخريطة الأهمية-الأداء، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل الى وجود تأثير ايجابي مباشر لتجربة العلامة على التزام الزبون ونشر الكلمة المنقولة، كما تم التوصل الى وجود تأثير ايجابي غير مباشر لتجربة العلامة على نشر الكلمة المنقولة مع وجود الالتزام كمتغير وسيط This research aim to study the nature of relationship between brand experience, word-of-mouth, and the customer's commitment, the study was conducted on 150 respondents and a set of the following statistical tools were used: partial least squares structural equation modeling by smart pls and importance-performance map. Moreover, brand experience affects the customer commitment, and word-of-mouth directly and indirectly on word-of-mouth trough commitment.
