القيمة الدستورية للغة العربية وتعزيزها في ظل الدستور الجزائري قراءة في الواقع والقانون.

Résumé: الملخص: تعد اللغة العربية في الجزائر مظهرا من مظاهر السيادة الوطنية ورمزا من رموز الدولة، لذا يجب حمايتها والعمل على تعزيزها باعتبارها مبدأ دستوريا، والمساس بها يعد خرقا مباشرا لاسمى وثيقة في الدولة الا وهي الدستور، خاصة وان اللغة العربية تلعب دورا هاما في ابراز الهوية الوطنية لأفراد المجتمع والنهوض بهم، وعليه يهدف موضوع الورقة لدراسة اللغة العربية في الجزائر من وجهة نظر قانونية، نعالج من خلالها القيمة الدستورية للغة العربية، والدور البارز لجهود الدولة في حمايتها في ظل منافسة اللغة الفرنسية التي اثرت سلبا على الشخصية والهوية الوطنية، اذ تهدف الدراسة للتطرق لكل المراحل التي عرفتها اللغة العربية في الجزائر في فترة الاستعمار ثم واقعها بعد الحصول على الاستقلال ودور الدستور والتشريعات في بلورة اللغة العربية واعطائها مكانتها الصحيحة لدى الافراد والمجتمع ككل . Abstract: The Arabic language in Algeria is a manifestation of national sovereignty and a symbol of the state, so it must be protected and work to promote it as a constitutional principle, and touching it is a direct violation of the name of a document in the state, which is the constitution, especially since the Arabic language plays an important role in highlighting the national identity of individuals Society and the advancement of them, and the research topic aims to study the Arabic language in Algeria from a legal academic point of view, through which we address the constitutional value of the Arabic language, and the prominent role of the state’s efforts to protect it in light of competition from the French language, which negatively affected the personal and national identity, as it aims to A study to address all stages known to the Arabic language in Algeria in the colonial period and then reality after independence and the role of the Constitution and legislation in the development of the Arabic language and give it its rightful place among individuals and society as a whole.
