تقييم سياسة استهداف التضخم في البلدان الناشئة مع الإشارة إلى تجربة:البرازيل، الشيلي، تركيا

Résumé: Inflation targeting policy is a framework for achieving the ultimate goal of monetary policy, as it targets the monetary aggregates or the exchange rate as an intermediate targets aspiring to control inflation and maintain economic growth rates at the required levels. Thus, it contributes to build an economic environment characterized by inflationary growth rates, which will have a very positive impact on attracting and promoting private investments, both domestic and foreign, in addition to creating a favorable opportunity for employment and thus improving the standard of living. Based foregoing, the study aims to shed light on the inflation targeting policy through presenting the various theoretical concepts associated with the term: definition of the policy and its requirements for a successful application that increases the transparency. As well as, we will present the leading and successful international experiences that adopted this policy in a good way.
