التّعليم عن بعد وأبعاده النّفسيّة على الأساتذة والطّلبة -واقع وآفاق-

Résumé: أضحت تكنولوجيّات الاتّصال العمود الفقري لكلّ الأنشطة البشريّة، التي تمَّ معها إلغاء التّواجد الحسي المكاني، وكان وباء كورونا المستجد العامل الحاسم في اجتياح التّقنيات المعلوماتيّة عديد المجالات خاصّة الحيويّة منها وعلى رأسها ميدان التّعليم الذي كان أكثر المتضرّرين من هذه الجائحة بما أنّه يُعدّ شريان التّنميّة البشريّة، وتجميده يعني شلّ كليّ في حركة وعجلة التّنمية، فكان لزاماً على القائمين على هذا القطاع من اتّخاذ تدابير تسمح بالإبقاء على العمليّة التعليميّة من غير الإخلال بمبدأ وقواعد الحجر الصّحي التي أقرّتها الحكومة الجزائريّة على غرار مثيلاتها في العالم كلّه، ومنها دخلت الجامعات الجزائريّة غمار خوض تجربة التّعليم الإلكتروني والتّعليم عن بعد، ولم تتخلّف جامعة تلمسان عن هذه التّجربة التي عُدّت ناجحة إلى حدّ ما مقارنة بغيرها، بخاصّة إذا علمنا بأنّها تجربة بكر والأولى من نوعها في الجامعة، وكان لشعبة التّرجمة حظّا من هذه التّجربة التي اتّحد فيها كلّ من الأساتذة والطّلبة على إنجاحها بأقلّ ما يُمكن من التّقنيّات، ولعلّ بساطة هذه التّقنيّات المستعملة في التّعليم عن بعد ووهنها هي من ألقت بثقلها عليهم وانعكست إمّا سلباً أو إيجاباً على الحالة النّفسيّة عند بعضهم ، وخلّفت لهم آثاراً نفسيّة عميقة كانت وليدة هذا النّوع من التّجربة. فكيف نُثمّن هذه التّجربة في جامعة تلمسان؟ وما هي أبعادها النّفسيّة والسّيكولوجيّة على الأساتذة والطّلبة؟ Abstract: Communication and digitization technologies have become the backbone of all human activities, with which the sensory and spatial presence has been canceled, and the new Corona epidemic was the decisive factor in the invasion of these information technologies in many areas, especially the vital ones, the field of education was one of them which was the most affected by this pandemic, since it is considered the artery of human development, the latter paralyses the wheel of development, It was necessary for those in charge of this sector to take measures that allow the maintenance of the educational process without prejudice to the principles and rules of quarantine approved by the Algerian government, similar to their counterparts in the whole world and the University of Abu Bakr Belkaid in Tlemcen paved the way to this experience, which was considered successful to some extent compared to others, especially if we know that it is the first of its kind at the University of Tlemcen, and the Translation Branch was lucky to have this experience in which both professors and students united to make it successful with the least possible techniques, Perhaps the simplicity and weakness of these techniques used in distance education was reflected positively and even negatively on the psychological state of some professors and students and left them with deep psychological effects that resulted from this type of experience. How do we value this experience at the University of Tlemcen? What are its psychological dimensions to professors and students?
