Résumé: ميّز الله عز وجل المسلمين بصفات الإسلام وخصاله وحثهم على ضرورة تقوى الله والتحلي بمكارم الأخلاق كشرطين أساسيين لتحقيق الأخلاق الإسلامية من خلال مبادئه وتعاليمه السمحة، هذا ويرتبط العمل في الإسلام بالإتقان والأمانة والصدق وهو ما يظهر في النصوص الشرعية من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة. God Almighty distinguished Muslims with the attributes and characteristics of Islam and urged them to fear God and show good morals as two prerequisites for achieving Islamic morals through its tolerant principles and teachings. Work in Islam is related to perfection, trustworthiness and honesty, which is what appears in the legal texts of the Holy Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s Sunnah
