اثر الهيكل التنظيمي في تطبيق نظم ادارة المعرفة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز اثر الهيكل التنظيمي في تطبيق نظم ادارة المعرفة داخل عينة من المؤسسات الصحية ودوره في تدعيمها وتعزيزها، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 72 موظفا من مؤسسات صحية عمومية ،وقمنا بإستخدام الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، وتمت الإستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي spss24لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة ومناقشتها وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:وجود اثر ذو دلالة احصائية للهيكل التنظيمي في تطبيق نظم ادارة المعرفة داخل المؤسسات الصحية كما اوصت الدراسة بتطبيق مزيد من المرونة في الهيكل التنظيمي حتى يصبح قادرا على الاستجابة السريعة للمتغيرات. Abstract:This study aims to highlight the impact of the organizational structure on the application of knowledge management systems with in a sample of health institutions and its role in consolidating and enhancing them. With the spss24 statistical program to test and discuss the hypotheses of the study، the study reached a set of results، the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant effect of the organizational structure in the application of knowledge management systems. The study also recommended applying more flexibility in the organizational structure so that it becomes able to respond quickly to changes
