أثر استخدام تكنولوجیا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسین أداء الموارد البشریة دراسة حالة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة- الجزائر، وللإجابة على إشكالية البحث واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على 80 موظفا عشوائيا من أصل 20500 موظفا ، حيث تم الاعتماد على 33 استبيان، كما تم الاعتماد في تحليل بيانات الاستبانة على برنامج التحليل الوصفيSPSS . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وأداء الموارد البشرية مما يؤكد على أن جامعة ورقلة تدرك هذه الأهمية من أجل تحسين وتطوير أداء الموارد البشرية. - وجود تباين في أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وأداء الموارد البشرية في جامعة قاصدي مرباح وفقا لمتغير الفئة الوظيفية. - تسعي جامعة قاصدي مرباح إلى العمل على تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بالشكل الأمثل. The aim of study was to final out the impact of the use of information and comminication technology (TCT) in improring . the performance of human resoure ma nagment at Kasdi M erbah university_ Ourgla _Algeria and answer the problem of research and hypotheses the questionnaire was distubouted to 80 randon emppo years out of 20500 employees 33 questionaires were adopted the analyde of the questionnaire data was also based on the analysis program the study found the followinge results : - Ther is a relation between the use of information and communication technology and the performance of human resaurce mangment this confirms thet the university of Ouargla recognizes this impor tance in older to impor the perfotmance of human resource. - There is a differnce in the impact of the use of information and communication technology and the performence of human resources at the university of Ouargla for the fonctional category variable. - The university of Ouargla seeks to improve the performance of human resources ysinge information technology and communicatiion in an optimal manner
