Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية منصة التعليم السياحي الالكتروني في تفعيل جودة الخدمات السياحية.وهذا بناءا على تشخيص واقع تطبيقات منصة التعليم السياحي الالكتروني للقطاع السياحي بالمملكة العربية السعودية واستعراض التحديات المرتبطة بمسألة تفعيل خدمات القطاع السياحي بالمملكة. ولتوضيح ذلك تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض المفاهيم و التوصل إلى نتائج، التي خلصت في جلًها إلى أن: - يواجه القطاع السياحي بالمملكة العربية السعودية العديد من المعوقات والتحديات التي تحد من الوصول لمستوى الصناعة الاحترافية الداعمة للاقتصاد السياحي الوطني والملبّية لطموحات وذوق السائح؛-تسعى الهيئات السياحية بالمملكة الى توفير وجهات سياحية محترفة وذات جودة حتى تلبي كافة رغبات السياح؛-ونوصي ب:-ضرورة تفعيل برامج التعليم السياحي الرقمي للرفع من جودة خدمات القطاع السياحي و كشرط أساسي لرفع تحديات القطاع السياحي بالمملكة العربية السعودية . Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of the e-tourism learning platform in activating the quality of tourism services, based on diagnosing the reality of the applications of the e-tourism learning platform for the tourism sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reviewing the challenges associated with the issue of activating tourism sector services in the Kingdom. To illustrate this, the descriptive and analytical approach was followed in presenting concepts and reaching results, most of which concluded that - The tourism sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia faces many obstacles and challenges that limit access to the level of professional industry that supports the national tourism economy and meets the aspirations and taste of tourists; - Tourism authorities in the Kingdom seek to provide professional and quality tourist destinations to meet all the desires of tourists; - We recommend - The need to activate digital tourism education programs to raise the quality of tourism sector services as a condition Essential to meet the challenges of the tourism sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
