Résumé: ملخــص: نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور التمويل الإسلامي في الجزائر، من خلال تقييم فعالية الصيرفة الإسلامية باعتماد أسلوب دراسة حالة لبنك البركة الجزائري. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الإسلامي يكاد يكون منعدم وليس له أي فعالية مقابل رغبة أغلب أصحاب المشاريع في هذا النوع من التمويل، وإن وجد فإنه يكون على شكل قروض حسنة تصلح للتمويل الاجتماعي وليس الاستثماري، أو على شكل مرابحات قصيرة المدى موجهة لتمويل دورة الاستغلال دون دورة الاستثمار. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: التمويل الإسلامي، بنك البركة الجزائري، فعالية الصيرفة الإسلامية. ترميز JEL : (G21) Abstract: In this study, we aim to clarify the role of Islamic finance in Algeria, by evaluating the effectiveness of Islamic banking by adopting the case study of the Algerian Al Baraka Bank. The results of the study concluded that Islamic finance is almost non-existent and has no effectiveness against the desire of most project owners for this type of financing. It finds only Hasana loans suitable for social financing and not investment, or in the form of short-term murabaha aimed at financing the cycle of exploitation without the investment cycle.
