المنظور التكاملي في تفسير الجريمة

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تشخيص الثورة العلمية التي تشهدها العلوم الاجتماعية المعاصرة، على مستوى الإمداد والاستمداد بين مختلف فروعها في مجال دراسة الجريمة، حيث لم يعد الجدل مطروحا في الوقت الحاضر حول مشروعية الاستعانة بالمعرفة الاجتماعية السوسيولوجية، والمعرفة النفسية السيكولوجية، وكذا العضوية البيولوجية، في الكشف عن الأسباب المتعددة للجريمة، بقدر ما أصبح التنوع في مناهج النظر والقراءة، والتعدد في مناهج البحث وأدواته، شرطا ضروريا لتحقيق الرصد الشمولي لأبعاد الجريمة المتعددة. Research Summary: This research paper seeks to diagnose the scientific revolution taking place in contemporary social sciences, at the level of supply and derive between the various branches in the crime’s study, where the debate now is no longer about the legality of depending on the social sociological knowledge, the mental psychological knowledge and the bio-organic one to detect the multiple causes of crime, but on the diversity of view and reading curricula, and the plurality of research methods and tools which has become a requisite condition to achieve the holistic monitoring of the multiple dimensions of crime.
