تسوية النزاعات الدولية بالطرق السلمية Settlement Of International Disputes By Peaceful Means

Résumé: ملخص يسعى المجتمع الدولي إلى حل النزاعات بواسطة آليات سياسية أو دبلوماسية أو قضائية لتجنب تطور هذه الخلافات إلى نزاعات مسلحة من أجل الحفاظ على السلام في العالم لأن مبدأ حل النزاعات بالطرق السلمية هو نتيجة حتمية لمبدأ حظر استخدام القوة أو التهديد بها في العلاقات الدولية الذي نصت عليه المادة 2 فقرة 4 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة . Abstract The international community is seeking to resolve disputes through political, diplomatic or judicial mechanisms to avoid the development of these disputes to armed conflicts in order to keep peace in the world because the principle of peaceful resolution of disputes is an inevitable result of the principle of the prohibition of the use or threat of power in international relations which is mentioned in Article 2, Paragraph 4, of the United Nations Charter .
