تكوين المترجم في مجال الترجمة القانونية في عصر العولمة بين الواقع الأكاديمي والآفاق المهنية: حالة معهد الترجمة لجامعة الجزائر 2

Résumé: زادت ظاهرة العولمة من حجم المعاملات الاقتصادية بين البلدان واحتلت فيها اللغة مكانة كبيرة لاسيما في تحرير العقود التي توثقها في لغة يتفق عليها الطرفان، ومن هنا يتجلى دور الترجمة في تيسير عملية التواصل وتفادي وقوع أي خلاف بينهما. تطرقنا في هذه الورقة إلى واقع التكوين في الترجمة القانونية في الجزائر من بوابة معهد الترجمة لجامعة الجزائر 2 ومدى تأثير ظاهرة العولمة على الترجمة القانونية في الجزائر وضرورة التفكير في استراتيجية تكوينية توفق بين التكوين الأكاديمي وبين متطلبات سوق الترجمة القانونية. Globalization has caused the increase of economical transactions volume, accordingly, the language plays an important role in contracts drafting in a language agreed upon by parties. Hence, translation makes communication easier and avoids disputes between contracting parties. In this paper, we dealt with the reality of legal translation training in Algeria, particularly at the Translation Institute of Algiers 2 University and how globalization has impacted the legal translation in Algeria, and the need to think about a new training strategy which must adapt the academic training to the legal translation market needs.
