أثر استراتيجيات التعلم التنظيمي على تحسين الأداء التنافسي في منظمات الأعمال -دراسة حالة مؤسسة صيدال فرع ولاية عنابة-

Résumé: تسعى منظمات الأعمال في ظل الظروف الراهنة والتي تتميز بإشتداد المنافسة إلى امتلاك سبل جديدة واستخدام استراتيجيات تمكنها من تحسين أدائها التنافسي وتضمن لها البقاء والاستمرار، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير استراتيجيات التعلم التنظيمي على تحسين الأداء التنافسي لمؤسسة صيدال فرع ولاية عنابة ولتحقيق هذه الغاية قمنا باستطلاع آراء العمال في المؤسسة محل الدراسة بناءا على تصميم استبيان، وذلك بغرض جمع البيانات المطلوبة، وبالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن لإستراتيجيات التعلم التنظيمي أثر إيجابي على الأداء التنافسي للمنظمة. In the current circumstances, which are characterized by increased competition, business organizations seek to acquire new ways and use strategies that will enable them to improve their competitive performance and ensure their survival. This study aims at identifying the impact of organizational learning strategies on improving the competitive performance of SIDAL. Survey the views of the workers in the institution under study based on the design of a questionnaire, in order to collect the required data, based on the analytical descriptive approach, we have reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are that organizational learning strategies have a positive impact on the competitive performance of the organization.
