Résumé: This work concerns the evaluation of the potential toxicity of a herbicide: Cossack (OD), widely used in agriculture in the north-east of Algeria (Mila), using Helix aspersa snails that have been exposed to increasing concentrations. of cossack (OD) herbicide by topical application for 28 days, we sought to evaluate the effect of this herbicide on the physiological parameters of Helix aspersa (snail weight, shell weight, behavior ...) the results obtained show a highly significant reduction in the average weight of snails and the average weight of the shell as well as disturbances in the behavior of snails Helix aspersa
