الحماية الجنائية للطفل من الإستغلال الإقتصادي

Résumé: Some of the rights recognized by the Convention issued in 1989 are the rights to protect the child from economic exploitation and from performing any work that is likely to pose a threat to children's health and psychological conditions and moral education, so the International Labor Organization initiated through the Convention No 182 of 1999 the classification of labors prohibited to be done by children. This Convention prohibited children from doing any activities considered humanitarian crimes as slavery, human trafficking and sale of children. Among these prohibitive activities also are the participation of children in armed conflicts, the practice of prostitution and pornography. Thus the substance of this thesis is to make simulation of these international conventions with Algerian legislation by standing on the criminal protection of children from all forms of economic exploitation, and how this legislation streamlined the substantive and procedural protection through the Child Labor Act and Criminal Law.
