إجراءات بيع عقار القاصر في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: Given the importance of real estate in the national economies of countries, the sale of this oneisconsidered one of the mostdangerouslegalconductin whichimmobliercanbe one of itsobjects.Thelegalstatus of the minor as a personunable to practice the sale makeshimunablealso to sale of real estatebecausethelack of legaleligibility. Basing on both civil and familylaw, as well as the new law of civil and administrative procedures, we find that the Algerian legislator not only imposed judicial authorization for the legitimate representative to deal with the minor’s property, but he went further by requiring the control and supervision of the judiciary in order to ensure the legal protection of the minor and prevent him from collusion that may be exposed by any legitimate representative.
