سد النهضة ومخاطره على الأمن المائي المصري (2010-2021) Risks Of "al Nahda Dam" On Egyptian Water Security (2010-2021)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مصادر المياه في مصر وتسليط الضوء على الواقع المائي فيها في ظل شح المياه والكشف عن الإستراتيجية المائية المصرية لسد الحاجات المائية , مع تحديد أهم المخاطر المحدقة بالأمن المائي المصري والتي تمثلت في إقامة سد النهضة الإثيوبي. وانطلقت الدراسة في فرضيه مفادها أن سد النهضة يعتبر من اكبر التحديات وأخطرها على الأمن المائي المصري ؛ وتم استخدام التكامل المنهجي حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي ومنهج صنع القرار , بالإضافة لمنهج تحليل النظم السياسية . وبناء على كل ما ذكر أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من النتائج والتي كانت خلاصتها باعتماد سياسة الحوار مع أثيوبيا وتجنب المواجهة العسكرية معها , والعمل مع المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية للوصول إلى حل سلمي للأزمة. The study aimed to identify water sources in Egypt and shed light on the water situation in it with water scarcity And Disclosure of the Egyptian water strategy to meet the water needs. With the identification of the most important risks to the Egyptian water security, which was the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. The study was based on the hypothesis that the Renaissance Dam is one of the biggest and most dangerous challenges to Egyptian water security; And the Systematic integration was used, as the study used the historical method and the decision-making method, in addition to the political systems analysis method. Based on all of the above, the study recommended several results Which summed up by adopting a policy of dialogue with Ethiopia, avoiding military confrontation with it, and working with regional and international organizations To reach a peaceful solution to the crisis.
