Résumé: ملخص: أخذ المشرع الجزائري بأسلوب مرافقة المستثمر بخصوص الاستثمار في الأملاك الوقفية، وذلك في المادة 18 من الملحق الخاص بنموذج دفتر الشروط الّذي يحدد البنود والشروط المطبقة على استغلال العقارات الوقفية العامة الموجهة لإنجاز مشاريع استثمارية عن طريق تقديم العروض، ولكن دون أن يبين مجالها ولا حدودها القانونية، ما يجعل هذا المصطلح في حاجة إلى البحث فيه. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرافقة، الاستثمار، مرافقة المستثمر، الأملاك الوقفية، المستثمر. Abstract: The Algeria legislator took the method of accompaniment in matter of investment in the article 18 of the annex concerning the model of conditions books which determines clauses and conditions that apply to exploit the real estate wakfs public destined for the realization of the project investment by making offers, but the legislator does not show his limits and his field, which makes this term should be searched. key words: accompanying, investment, accompanying of the investor, wakfs property, investor.
