دور حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي "دراسة حالة مؤسسة النسيج والألبسة الجاهزة Boom The Role Of Corporate Governance In Improving Financial Performance "a Case Study Of Textile And Readymade Garments Corporation

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن نوع العلاقة بين حوكمة الشركات والأداء المالي في مؤسسة BOOM والوقوف على واقع حوكمة الشركات وتطبيقها في المؤسسة، ولغرض الوصول إلى أهداف هذه الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات، التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال استبيان ضم 23 عبارة تم توزيعه بعد التأكد من الصدق الظاهري والثبات، على عينة من أفراد المؤسسة، كما تم معالجة واختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية بعد المعالجة والتحليل توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي أثبتت وجود علاقة ايجابية قوية(طردية) بين حوكمة الشركات والأداء المالي في المؤسسة، حيث كلما كان تطبيق حوكمة الشركات بشكل جيد تحسن الأداء المالي للمؤسسة.This study aims to reveal the type of relationship between corporate governance and financial performance in the BOOM institution and to determine the reality of corporate governance and its application in the institution. It was distributed after confirming the apparent honesty and stability, on a sample of the institution’s members, and the study’s hypotheses were processed and tested using the statistical package for social sciences. Where the better the implementation of corporate governance, the better the financial performance of the institution.
