The Evolution Of Women's Work In Algeria: Between Constitutional Development And The Right To Citizenship

Résumé: Today, women have a prominent place in the international community for storming the world of work to contribute to economic development, as evidenced by international and regionallegislations, charters and agreementsthatseek to providespecial protection for them, amongthem the Algerian legislationthat gave women the right to work and grantthemrights and freedomsdevoted to The constitution, in particular, the 2016 amendment, but there are, however, some issues that the Algerian legislator has overlooked, which must beaddressedwithin the framework of the right to citizenship and the exercise of constitutionalrights. تحظى المرأة اليوم بمكانة مرموقة في المجتمع الدولي و خاصة بعد دخولها عالم الشغل للمساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية ، والدليل على ذلك التشريعات و المواثيق و الاتفاقيات الدولية و الإقليمية التي تسعى الى توفير حماية خاصة لها،ومن بينها التشريع الجزائري الذي اعطى للمرأة الحق في العمل ومنحها حقوق وحريات مكرسة في الدستور خاصة تعديل 2016 لكن مع ذلك هناك بعض المسائل التي غفل عنها المشرع الجزائري يتوجب الالتفات اليها في اطار حق المواطنة و ممارسة الحقوق الدستورية .
