Résumé: تهدف هذه المقالة العلمية إلى دراسة واقع تمكين ومساهمة المرأة في مجال التنمية الشاملة والإقتصادية بالخصوص، من منطلق حق المرأة في ولوج عالم السياسة والاقتصاد، نتيجة تزايد المناداة بالمساواة بين النوعين الاجتماعيين، ولعل الجزائر من بين الدول العربية السباقة في هذا المجال تثمينا وتمكين لدور المرأة الجزائرية فتحت المجال أمامها للمشاركة في الحياة السياسية خاصة في المجالس النيابية من خلال تخصيص حصة لهن ، ولعل التحسن الذي طرأ على المشاركة السياسية للمرأة صاحبه مطلب جادة بتمكين المرأة اقتصاديا وتفعيل مساهمتها في عملية التنمية لتصبح بذلك منتجة وعاملة وفاعلة ، لكن هناك مخاوف مستمرة بشأن التأثير السلبي للبيئة الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية الثقافية في الجزائر، ليس ذلك فحسب بل إن الكثير من جهود المرأة لا تحتسب في الاحصاءات الرسمية التي تعترف غالبا بأنواع محددة من النشاطات الاقتصادية ذات المردود . Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the reality of women's empowerment in the area of inclusive and economic development, in particular, in view of the right of women to enter the world of politics and the economy as a result of the increasing advocacy of equality between the two social types, and Algeria may be among the Arab countries in this field to evaluate In order to enable the role of Algerian women, they have been able to participate in political life, especially in the parliaments, by allocating a quota for them The improvement in women's political participation has been a serious requirement for women's economic empowerment and their contribution to the development process to become productive, functional and effective, but there are continuing concerns about the negative impact of the social, economic and cultural environment in Algeria, not only that but Many of the women's efforts are not counted in official statistics, which often recognize specific types of economic activities with a return.
