Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذيتؤديهكيات القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز جودة الخدماتسلو الصحةفي المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية قضي بكير بغرذاية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بحيث تم تصميم استبيان لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من(32)فرد فيبكير قضي الاستشفائية العمومية المؤسسةالبرنامج باستخدام المحصلة البيانات تحليل وتم بغرداية، الإحصائي(SPSS v. 21)وقد أظهرت إلى نتائج الدراسةتوصلت تحليلالدراسة الى ان هناك مستوى متوسط لتطبيقابعاد وكيسلوات القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، مستوى متوسطلتعزيز جوة الخدمات الصحية. أن كل ابعاد القيادة التحويلية غير مهمة في التأثير علىجودة الخدمة الصحية،انه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محورأبعاد القيادة التحويلية ومحور جودة الخدمة الصحيةعند مستوى دلالة5%. الكلمات المفتاحية:قيادة ،قيادة تحويلية ، ابعاد القيادةالتحويية ، جودة، خدمات ، جودة الخدمات الصحية ، ابعاد جودة لخدمات الصحية ،المؤسسة الاستشفائية قضي بكير Abstract: This study aimed at highlighting the role that transformative leadership behaviours play in enhancing the quality of health services in the Public Hospital Enterprise, Qadi Bakir. and that the descriptive and case study methodology for data collection was used so that a questionnaire was designed to achieve the study's purposes, The sample of the study was comprised of 32 individuals in the Public Hospital Institution (PPC) who were Bakir Gardia, and the data obtained were analysed using the statistical programme. (SPSS v. 21) The study analysis found that there is an average level of application of transformative driving dimensions and behaviors in the institution in question, an average level of enhancement of the health service atmosphere. All dimensions of transformative leadership are not important in influencing the quality of the health service. There is no statistically significant correlation between the axis of transformative driving dimensions and the axis of the quality of the health service at the 5% indicative level.
