Résumé: This study aims to identify the role of digital transformation in enhancing the efficiency of organizational communication in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ouargla. Data were unloaded, tabulated and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 26.In the end, I reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The requirements of digital transformation are applied at the Sonelgaz Foundation - Directorate of Distribution in Ouargla at a high level; The organizational communication also appeared at a high level in the Sonelgaz Foundation - Directorate of Distribution of Ouargla; The coefficient of determination was 0.42, which explains the variation in organizational communication, that is, the existence of an impact relationship for the dimensions of digital transformation (data and human resources) in enhancing the efficiency of organizational communication in the Sonelgaz Foundation - Directorate of Distribution in Ouargla; While the demographic variables (gender, educational level, job rank and seniority at work) are not a factor in determining organizational communication in the Sonelgaz Corporation - Directorate of Distribution, unlike the age variable.
