Résumé: The study aimed at identifying the reality of electronic marketing in the telecommunications sector in Algeria. The study was conducted at the level of companies located in the south-east of Algeria (in Ouargla and El OUED). The study also aimed to identify the various challenges faced by companies in the telecommunications sector in Algeria using both dimensions and marketing elements The study aims to determine the extent to which the consumers of the telecommunication sector in Algeria have understood the term electronic marketing and its various uses. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study population consisted of the consumers of the telecommunications sector in the south-east of Algeria, namely the region of Ouargla and El-OUED, who have direct contact with the sector. The sample was 450 distributed to the consumers of the telecommunications sector , Which were selected according to the facilitated survey. A number of statistical methods were used in the SPSS program to present, analyze and test the hypotheses and results of the study. The study concluded that the use of electronic marketing within the telecommunications sector In Algeria is still in its early stages, and the various companies in the sector need to rehabilitate the infrastructure of electronic marketing to ensure its effectiveness, in contrast, we find that the consumers of the sector have sufficient knowledge of electronic marketing.
