درجة معرفة معلمي التعليم الابتدائي بالوضعيات التعليمية وفق منظور المقاربة بالكفاءات و علاقتها بكفاياتهم التدريسية ،the Degree Of Tknowledge Of Primary Of Learning Situation From The Perspective To Teaching Competency Based Approach And Relationship Between This Degree And Their Teaching Competencies

Résumé: الملخص:هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة معرفة معلمي التعليم الابتدائي للوضعيات التعليمية وفق منظور المقاربة بالكفاءات و وعلاقتها بكفاياتهم التدريسية، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 75 معلم في المرحلة الابتدائية، واستخدمت أداتين الأولى اختبار مفاهيمي لمعرفة درجة المعلمين بالوضعيات التعليمية والثانية شبكة ملاحظة للكفايات التدريسية مكونة من 37 بند من ثلاث محاور (تخطيط، تنفيذ، تقويم). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: إن المعلمين على درجة عالية من المعرفة بالوضعيات التعليمية وفق منظور المقاربة بالكفاءات، أن المستوى العام لممارسة المعلمين للكفايات التدريسية كان متوسطا، وجود علاقة بين درجة معرفة المعلمين بالوضعيات التعليمية وفي كفاياتهم التدريسية. Abstract : The preset study aimed to identify the degree of knowledge of teacher primary of learning situation from the perspective to teaching competency based approach and relationshp between their degree of knowledge and their teaching competencies. The resrech adapt the descriptive method; he wes applied tow major research tools: the first one is: ! The scond is a teachers observation grid; on a sample of 75 teachers of school . The study found the following result: the teachers on only a high degree of knowledge about learning situation; the teacher’s performance degree did not !!!the amount of perfection 75℅ of the total observation grid‚ there is a relationship between the degree of knowledge about learning situation and degree of the total observation grid
