Résumé: الملخص: تسعى الدراسة الى التعرف و توضيح التأثير الناجم عن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في التميز لمنظمات الاعمال و كانت اشكالية البحث الرئيسية كما يلي ما مدى تأثير مستوى استثمار رأس المال البشري في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي ؟ حيث تم اسقاط الدراسة لتشخيص حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية سيدي بلعباس و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة في جانبها التحليلي الى وجود تأثير للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على التميز المؤسسي اما في الجانب التطبيقي و من خلال المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS فتوصلت النتائج الى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري و التميز المؤسسي في مؤسسة سونلغاز بسيدي بلعباس. Abstract : The study seeks to identify and clarify the impact of investing in human capital in the excellence of business organizations. The main research problem was as follows: What is the extent of the impact of the level of human capital investment in achieving institutional excellence? Where the study was dropped to diagnose the case of the Sonlgaz Foundation for the state of Sidi Bel Abbes, and the results of the study in its analytical side have found an impact of investment in human capital on institutional excellence either in the applied side and through statistical processing of data through the SPSS program, the results have reached a relationship Statistical significance between investment in human capital and institutional distinction in the Sonelgaz Foundation in Sidi Bel Abbes.
