Résumé: This study aims to highlight the role of tax auditing in reducing tax risks. it addresses the question of how tax auditing can contribute to minimizing tax risks in economic institutions. the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using observation and interview as study tools. A cement company. Ain Oued. Was selected as the study sample for the period 2023/2024 to achieve the study's objectives. The research found a positive impact of tax auditing in increasing taxpayer compliance and thus reducing tax risks. Additionally. The quality of auditing was found to positively influence the reduction of tax risks within economic institutions.
