Résumé: حظيت الأراضي الفلاحية التابعة للأملاك الوطنية الخاصة بإهتمام وافر من طرف المشرع الجزائري ،إذا اصدر بشأنها عدة نصوص قانونية تنص على كيفية استغلالها وتسيرها وحمايتها. وتتجسد هذه الحماية في وضع أليات إدارية لمراقبة العقار الفلاحي ،بحيث تم انشاء هيئات وطنية للقيام بهذه المهمة وتتمثل هذه الهيئات في الديوان الوطني للأراضي الفلاحية الذي يلعب دور هام في هذا لمجال بإضافة إلى الصندوق الوطني للضبط والتنمية الفلاحية والمنظمة الوطنية لحماية النباتات والمراقبة التقنية. The cultivated lands belonging to the private national property received a lot of attention by the Algerian legislator, if he issued several legal texts on them stipulating how to exploit, operate and protect them. This protection is embodied in the development of administrative mechanisms to control agricultural real estate, so that national bodies have been established to carry out this task and these bodies are represented in the National Bureau of Agricultural Lands, which plays an important role in this for an area in addition to the National Fund for Control and Agricultural Development and the National Organization for Plant Protection and Technical Control.
