أثر التحديات الاجتماعية على نجاح المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر دراسة عينة من النساء المقاولات بولاية سطيف

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر التحديات الاجتماعية التي تواجهها المرأة على نجاح مشروعها المقاولاتي في ولاية سطيف، وكذا معرفة إمكانية تخفيف أثر هاته التحديات بغية ضمان مشاريع نسائية مستدامة، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية مست 47 امرأة مقاولة في ولاية سطيف، وتوصلنا الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: ان عينة الدراسة من النساء المقاولات يواجهن العديد من التحديات الاجتماعية والتي تأثر بالسلب على نجاح مشاريعهن، كما تعتبر التحديات المتعلقة بالمجتمع هي أكثر تأثيرا في المرأة المقاولة، وتختلف التحديات العائلية من مقاولة الى أخرى فالمحيط الأسري في الولاية خاصة يلعب دور المحفز كما قد يكون مثبط للمشاريع النسائية وخصوصا من ناحية التوفيق بين الحياة المهنية والعائلية ، وهاته التحديات لا تختلف باختلاف النشاط، ويعتبر التعليم آلية فعالة لتخفيف من حدة تأثير هاته التحديات. Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of social challenges faced by women on the success of their entrepreneurial projects in Setif, as well as to explore potential strategies for mitigating these challenges to ensure sustainable women-led enterprises. To achieve this objective, we conducted a field study involving 47 female entrepreneurs in Setif. Our findings reveal several key insights: The sample of female entrepreneurs encounters numerous social challenges that negatively affect the success of their projects. Notably, societal challenges appear to have the most significant impact on female entrepreneurs. Family-related challenges vary among entrepreneurs, with the family environment in the province playing either a motivating or inhibiting role in women's projects, particularly in terms of balancing professional and family life. These challenges do not differ significantly across various business activities. Education emerges as an effective mechanism for mitigating the impact of these challenges.
