أثر تحفيز الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء العاملين :دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية حمام وحجر – عين تموشنت-

Résumé: Abstract: The study aims to identify the effect of human resources motivation on improving the performance of workers in the public health institution of Hammam Bouhajer. For that purpose, we divided our study into two parts a theoretical and an analytical part. The first part was dedicated to definition of motivation and general concepts of performance, while in the second part we collected previous studies and conducted an analytical study by using a questioner then analyzing to results. The main findings reveal that there is no effect between material incentives and the performance of employees in the firm. In contrast, there exist a positive effect of moral incentives and the performance of employees. Keywords: material incentives, moral incentives, performance, health sector. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تحفيز الموارد البشرية على تحسين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية حمام بوحجر. لبلوغ هذا الهدف قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى جزئين جزء نظري وجزء تطبيقي. في الجزء الأول تطرقنا إلى ماهية التحفيز بالإضافة إلى مفاهيم حول الأداء ، أما الجزء الثاني فخصص إلى الدراسات السابقة والجانب التطبيقي حيث كان باستخدام استبانة التي تم تحليلها. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم معنوية التأثير الإيجابي بين الحوافز المادية وأداء العاملين بالمؤسسة، و في المقابل، أظهرت النتائج معنوية التأثير الإيجابي بين الحوافز المعنوية وأداء العاملين . الكلمات المفتاحية : الحوافز المادية ،الحوافز المعنوية ، الأداء ، القطاع الصحي.
