تقنية Blockchain والتمويل الإسلامي Blockchain Technology And Islamic Finance

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تطبيقات Blockchain في التمويل الإسلامي باعتبارها تقنية رقمية حديثة، تم اختراعها لحل مشكلة انعدام الثقة عند إجراء المعاملات بين أطراف مختلفة، وذلك للإجابة على الإشكالية الأساسية لهذا البحث المتمثلة في السؤال التالي: ما هي أهم تطبيقات Blockchain التي يمكن أن تزيد من كفاءة التمويل الإسلامي؟، وقد خلصت دراستنا إلى أن هناك العديد من المزايا والمجالات لتطبيقات Blockchain في التمويل الإسلامي، من خلال استخدام العقود الذكية، وجمع الزكاة، وإدارة الوقف، التكافل والصكوك الذكية، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة شفافية وفعالية التمويل الإسلامي، ولكن مع ذلك لا زالت هناك تحديات عدة تعيق تطبيق Blockchain في التمويل الإسلامي منها التحديات المتعلقة بالجوانب القانونية والتشريعية، والتحديات الأمنية، وتحديات البنية التحتية التكنولوجية والامتثال الشرعي. This study aims to identify the applications of Blockchain in Islamic finance as a modern digital technology, which was invented to solve the problem of mistrust when conducting transactions between different parties, in order to answer the basic problem of this research represented in the following question: What are the most important Blockchain applications that can increase From the efficiency of Islamic finance?, Our study concluded that there are many advantages and areas for Blockchain applications in Islamic finance, through the use of smart contracts, zakat collection, waqf management, takaful and smart sukuk, which leads to an increase in the transparency and effectiveness of Islamic finance, but nevertheless There are still several challenges hindering the application of Blockchain in Islamic finance, including challenges related to legal and legislative aspects, security challenges, technological infrastructure challenges and Sharia compliance.
