Résumé: لقد اوجد القانون الدولي الإنساني جملة من القواعد القانونية، العامة والخاصة لتوفر اكبر قدر ممكن من الحماية لأفراد الخدمات الطبية توفير الظروف الملائمة لأداء مهامها الإنسانية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة و حث أطراف الصراع بضرورة احترامها و مراعاة أحكامها . The international humanitarian law has created a set of general and special legal rules to provide protection to medical personnel ،and to provide conditions for the performance of their humanitarian ،duties and urged the parties to the conflict to respect them.
