الإطار القانوني المدعم للمشاركة السياسية للمرأة في دول المغرب العربي الجزائر وتونس نموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: حققت المرأة المغاربية تقدما كبيرا من خلال كفاحها الطويل للحصول على حقوقها السياسية، والمشاركة في تدبير الشأن العام والسياسي والوصول إلى مكانة اتخاذ القرارات المصيرية للدولة. فالمشاركة السياسية للمرأة تظل مطلبا ملحا لتعزيز الديمقراطية، ولا يمكن تحقيقها إلا من خلال تطوير المنظومة القانونية التي تكرسها، وذلك تماشيا مع المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية. لذا حاولنا في هذه الدراسة إبراز منهج كل من الدولتين المغربيتيين الجزائر وتونس لتطوير المشاركة السياسية للمرأة من خلال نصوصها الدستورية والقانونية وبالاخص من خلال تحليل نظام الكوطا والتناصف لتدعيم وتعزيز هذه المشاركة Abstract: Maghreb women have made significant progress through their long struggle for their political rights, participation in the management of public and political affairs and access to the status of decisive decisionmaking of the state. Women's political participation remains an urgent requirement for the promotion of democracy, and can only be achieved through the development of the legal system that it enshrines, in line with international treaties and conventions In this study, I attempted to highlight the position of the Maghreb countries, Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco in the development of women's political participation through constitutional and legal texts and based on the quota system and equality to strengthen and strengthen this participation
