الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بمدى ممارسة الطالب الجامعي للسلوكيات الصحية

Résumé: بهدف بحث علاقة الذكاء الانفعالي بمدى ممارسة السلوكات الصحية (ممارسة الرياضة و ترك التدخين و الأكل المتوازن،...) لدى الطالب الجامعي، و التحقق من الفروق التي تعزى لمتغيرات نوع الجنس و المستوى الدراسي (ليسانس، ماستر، دكتوراه)، على عينة مكونة من (200) طالبا و طالبة، من مختلف التخصصات، و بتطبيق أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لأحمد العلوان (2011) ، و مقياس السلوك الصحي لستيبتو وواردل (1991) Steptoe et Wardle ، بعد تكييفهما على عينة الدراسة تم التوصل إلى إثبات بعض العلاقات و الفروق المهمة في الذكاء الانفعالي والسلوك الصحي التي تساعد في فهم الظاهرة وصياغة توصيات للرقي بالممارسات الصحية للشباب In order to examinate the link of emotional intelligence and the practice of healthybehaviors (exercise sports , quit smoking and a balanceddiet...) of universitystudents, and check the differencesrelated to gender and schoollevel (L,M,D), a sample of (200) students andchosenfrom differentspecialities, and applyingdifferent data collection tools :emotional intelligence scale by Ahmed Alwan (2011), and the healthbehaviorscale by ElmazinAhmed (2007), adapted to the studysample , It has been foundsome links and important differences in the emotional intelligence and healthbehavior, which help to understand the phenomenon and to formulaterecommendations for the advancement of youthhealth practices.
