Résumé: خلاصة البحث: اتخذ تجديد أصول الفقه عبر مراحله مظاهر عدة. وفي هذا البحث محاولة لدراسة مظهر من مظاهر تجديد أصول الفقه في عصرنا الحاضر وهو الاجتهاد الجماعي لدى المجامع الفقهية. وانتظم هذا البحث ثلاثةَ مباحث: أولها في حقيقة التجديد الأصولي ...،وثانيها في تعريف المجامع الفقهية...، وثالثها في دراسة نموذج للتجديد الأصولي وهو الاجتهاد الجماعي لدى المجامع الفقهية. Research summary: The renewal of the principles of jurisprudence, through its stages, took several manifestations. In this research, an attempt is made to study an aspect of the renewal of the principles of jurisprudence in our time, which is the collective jurisprudence of the jurisprudence councils. This research is organized into three sections: the first is in the reality of fundamentalist renewal..., the second is in the definition of fiqh councils... and the third is in the study of a model for fundamentalist renewal, which is the collective jurisprudence of the jurisprudence academies.
